We went back o the lucky after the summer months - we always enjoyed their General Tao. However, the taste tonight was very different then we remembered and we didn't like it. Don't know if it's a new kitchen staff or just a fluke but we were disappointed.
Other that that, ordering and paying through the web site was easy and accurate.

Gotta say that the food was excellent except for the Cantonese chow mein which I found lacked tast…especially the noodles. So that dish was below my expectations and will not be ordering it again.
The rest of the food I ordered was very good. Too bad we cannot order online for home delivery. I do am glad we can order online orders cause last year when I called Twice, the man was very rude and he would also yell at his staff while on the phone. I wasn’t the only one with that complaint about the guy yelling.

Lucky Inn is bar none the BEST chinese restaurant in the Gatineau region. We live in Chelsea but it is definitely worth the short drive to Gatineau to savor Lucky Inn's skillfully prepared food. Ingredients are always fresh and the various recipes are extremely flavorful, plus their portions are so very generous! We are major foodies and so we always appreciate eating delicious food prepared in restaurants; sadly it doesn't happen with our local chinese restaurants. Lucky Inn is the exception!! Everything is delicious, their general tao chicken, chicken soo guy, and egg foo young are the best we've ever had, ever!! Lucky Inn's open ended egg rolls offer a local alternative and competition to Ottawa's Golden Palace's famous egg rolls; they are as delicious!! Well done Lucky Inn, you definitely deserve 5+ 🌟 Keep up the great work!!!

Bon en gros, nos mets étaient excellents et très chauds. Juste de la déception avec nos spare ribs à l'ail ....Nous on les aime plus cuits mais surtout avec ce goût de sucré ma foi et la pas ce goût là du tout...En plus on aime mettre de cette sauce sucrée sur notre riz...Mais là, pas pu avoir cela non plus....Me suis-je trompée de spare ribs?!?!
